We book appointments a maximum of 6 weeks in advance, and our appointment diary is fully booked for this period.

When new appointment slots become available, we contact people on the waiting list to offer them a booking.

Please include the following information:

1. Your mobile contact number.
2. The type of appointment required – please specify whether you require a single appointment or a double/family appointment, and the number and type of people attending (e.g. 1 adult, or 1 adult and 1 child). If children require an appointment, please include their ages.
3. Details of the current health issue or condition for which you require nutritional support, together with any current symptoms. This information is required for each person seeking an appointment so that we can ensure we are able to provide the appropriate nutritional help and guidance.
4. Your preferred appointment time – please specify whether you require a daytime or evening appointment (see clinic hours below). Please note that waiting times for evening appointments are currently longer than for daytime appointments.
